In-Stock versus Hand-Painted Items:

In-stock inventory may consist of hand-painted garments, printed or a combination of both and is identified on the website.  Once an in-stock piece is ordered, it will say ‘sold’ next to the image and therefore unavailable.

Hand-painted t-shirts and dresses are made to order.  Although you are choosing a design, note that the finished product will not be an exact replica of that image.  The final color and text (if applicable) of your order may vary slightly.  Paint color hues are mixed per order so replicating an exact color tone isn’t always possible.  That’s what makes every garment a one of a kind piece of art!

Please allow 3-5 weeks to hand paint and ship your order.

Clearance Priced Items & Inventory Close-outs
Most items on clearance have design errors or ink and paint stains. Some of the stains are so light they are hardly noticeable. The description will identify clearance priced items that have flaws. Please contact us if you have any questions about a clearance priced item. 

Inventory Close-outs include discontinued garment and designs, as well as excessive inventory. There are no flaws in these pieces.

Clearance and Inventory Close-out garments cannot be returned for a refund.

Clearance and Inventory Close-out garments are excluded from sales or coupons unless specifically advertised.

Swarovski^TM Crystals
Some J-nina designs are embellished with Swarovski^TM Crystals that are permanently heat-set onto the fabric.  Swarovski Crystals are for external use and decoration only. 

Pearls, Rhinestuds & Nailheads
Pearls, rhinestuds and nailheads are made from aluminum and are a safe and fun addition to designs on kids clothes.

Garment Care: Your garment can be washed by hand or by machine.  If machine washed, it is recommended that you turn the garment inside out or place it in a bag, wash it in cold water on gentle cycle to reduce the chance of scratching, chipping or grabbing off the pearls, rhinestuds or nailheads by the action of the machine.  You may air dry or machine dry on low heat.  Avoid dry cleaning because it’s possible some of the chemicals in dry cleaning will dissolve the glue that attaches the pearls, rhinestuds and nailheads to the fabric.

$4.00 flat shipping charge for any size order to the same shipping address in the United States. 

* International purchases are calculated at a flat Priority Mail rate according to number of items purchased and country. Flat rate shipping costs start at $10.95 for Canada and Mexico; all other countries start at $12.95. Please contact us if you would like additional international shipping information before ordering 

Shipping Method
Shipping within the United States will be via Priority Mail.  Priority Mail orders usually arrive within 2 business days following order processing and payment verification. 

In-Stock inventory will be shipped within 5 business days following order processing and payment verification.

Hand painted items will be shipped within 3-5 weeks following your order placement.

Return Information
J-nina will refund your merchandise for unworn, unwashed and unaltered items.*

1. Items must be returned within 10 business days to qualify.
2. *Clearance and custom ordered items do not qualify for returns.
3. Purchaser is responsible for return postage.  Please use a method to track your package.  J-nina is not responsible for lost returns.
4. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

There are two ways to enter:

1. Join J-nina’s mailing list – simply fill out the sign-up form and once you are signed up, your name will automatically be entered every month as long as you remain on the mailing list.


2. Make a purchase – Your name is entered again for every item you purchased in the previous month. For example – if you buy two items, your name will be entered two additional times for a chance to win!


3. Make arrangements to obtain your hand-painted garment within 60 days of being notified or offer is null and void.
